仕事内容
As a Solar Electrician, you will oversee daily electrical tasks on solar farm projects, interpreting blueprints and control system drawings.
Install, connect, test, and troubleshoot transformers and inverters, manage breakers, and work with SCADA equipment.
Perform DC and AC testing, including polarity checks, open-circuit voltage, grounding continuity, and insulation resistance.
Lead and train apprentices (up to 10) and collaborate with mechanical and other departments to meet project goals.
Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on site equipment, using voltmeters, megger, and ammeters.
Maintain compliance with NEC, local utility requirements, OSHA safety guidelines, and perform duties during 8-12 hour shifts with possible overtime.
