仕事内容
Lead the design, research, and architecture of AI/ML solutions across the enterprise to improve transparency, efficiency, and integrity in financial markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into data-driven strategies and report progress and KPI impact regularly.
Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable language to enable informed decision-making.
Work with high-volume, complex data environments, applying statistical and ML fundamentals, including deep learning with CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.
Develop and deploy models using Python, SQL, and GenAI tools (LLMs, RAG workflows, LangChain, OpenAI SDK) across production-ready workflows.
Contribute to the AI lifecycle from problem definition to evaluation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
