仕事内容
Own and deliver research projects advancing generative video capabilities (text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video, editing).
Design and run rigorous experiments to improve quality, controllability, temporal coherence, and runtime performance.
Develop and refine model architectures and training pipelines for video generation, including diffusion-based approaches.
Translate research into production impact by partnering with ML engineers to scale training and inference and to integrate models into product workflows.
Advance evaluation and benchmarking across perceptual quality, motion fidelity, temporal consistency, identity preservation, safety, and robustness.
Contribute to the research roadmap, share knowledge, and mentor teammates while delivering measurable product outcomes.
