Lead research, development, and productionization of cutting-edge Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Speaker Diarization, and Audio Understanding models to support scalable localization.
Collaborate with ML engineers, scientists, product managers, and domain experts to translate research into production-ready applications.
Identify high-impact research opportunities with data-driven insights and clear business impact.
Present results to stakeholders across all levels and contribute thought leadership in the field.
Strong track record evidenced by publications and a MS/PhD in ML or related fields; proficient with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Thrive in ambiguity, own end-to-end work, and contribute to a culture that values collaboration and inclusion.
