Lead field operations on major transit construction projects with a focus on on-site delivery and safety.
Supervise crews and subcontractors, manage daily activities, and drive schedule adherence.
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and progress reports; manage change orders.
Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and design teams to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and risk mitigation across the construction site.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant construction experience on projects valued at $60M+; direct experience on NYCTA and LIRR projects preferred.
