Senior Planner/Buyer, Contract Manufacturing

Own end-to-end supply chain for contract manufacturing, ensuring optimal inventory, efficient production planning, and timely product availability.
Develop and manage demand planning and MRP to align with schedules while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
Maintain the Master Production Schedule and cultivate accountable partnerships with contract manufacturers for performance, quality, and service excellence.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, backorders, investigations, and pricing variances; proactively mitigate risks to prevent stockouts and drive cost improvements.
Coordinate component shipments, create and manage Bills of Materials, and oversee documentation and invoicing in line with governance.
Collaborate across Marketing, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, and Distribution to support new product introductions and ensure supply chain readiness for launches.
