仕事内容
Design, configure, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata, code, and configurations across dev, QA, staging, and production in FedRAMP Moderate Gov Cloud environments.
Implement source-driven development with Git integration, branching strategies, automated merges, and intelligent conflict resolution within Flosum.
Ensure deployments comply with FedRAMP Moderate controls (NIST 800-53), including change management, audit logging, separation of duties, and secure promotion processes.
Automate testing, validation, and rollback procedures to minimize risk and downtime during releases.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and security teams to enforce best practices for metadata management, org shape alignment, dependency handling, and environment synchronization.
Maintain documentation, monitor deployment health, support incident response, and stay current with Flosum features and Salesforce release updates.
