仕事内容
Oversees financial control activities for a portfolio of hotels in the UK & Ireland, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Collates, checks, and analyzes data to identify deviations and opportunities for process improvement.
Develops simplified process guides and trains teams to ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and best practices.
Works with Hotel Operations and the shared services team to implement changes that reduce exceptions and improve KPI performance.
Acts as an advisor to recommend risk-averse measures and supports procedural adherence across sites.
Maintains adaptability in a dynamic environment and communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
