Design and validate AI-enabled workflows through experimentation, simulation, and scenario analysis.
Translate manual operational adjustments into structured insights and automation opportunities.
Oversee model evaluation, fine-tuning, and decision-overlay logic to drive improved outcomes.
Identify patterns, exceptions, and failure modes; provide root-cause analysis and recovery recommendations.
Develop and mentor a high-performing data science team while partnering with Product, Operations, and MLE teams to scale automation.
