Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Utilities)

Design and implement mechanical systems for food and beverage production facilities, focusing on HVAC, plumbing/utilities, and fire suppression.
Lead multiple concurrent projects from design through execution, performing heating and cooling load calculations, mass energy balances, and equipment sizing.
Develop P&IDs, layouts, ductwork and piping plans, plant utility distribution, and construction drawings and specifications.
Evaluate bids, select equipment and vendors, and oversee commissioning activities, FATs, and field verification.
Draft BMS control descriptions, assist with controls integration, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
Ensure code compliance and quality standards; collaborate with electrical/controls engineers and travel to project sites as needed (approximately 10-25%).
