仕事内容
As a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer, contribute to the design of digital products through ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Collaborate with research, stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to brainstorm and co-create user-centered solutions.
Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished designs using Figma and our Design System, ensuring accessibility compliance (ADA/WCAG).
Apply research findings and usability testing to inform decisions; challenge the status quo to improve user outcomes.
Provide clear design assets and guidance to engineering; support ongoing UX reviews to ensure on-time delivery.
Stay current with UX practices and mentor new team members while contributing to the broader UX community.
