In-House Attorney

This on-site attorney role requires relocation to Madison, Wisconsin. You will support growth by negotiating multi-million-dollar licensing and service agreements with healthcare organizations globally, while forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators. You’ll manage compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, oversee regulatory risk management, and supervise litigation as needed. The position covers a broad scope including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, and vendor relationships, with opportunities to lead challenging projects and drive cross-functional impact. Your responsibilities will expand rapidly as you grow your knowledge of a dynamic and evolving industry.
