仕事内容
Develop and maintain KRIs and risk metrics to quantify first-line risk across brands and detect regressions.
Design alerting systems and visualizations to surface risk signals and guide proactive mitigations.
Collaborate with Risk Business Partners and product teams to measure risk during experimentation, rollout, and post-launch.
Apply non-experimental analyses (pre/post, synthetic control, regression discontinuity) when experiments are not possible.
Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Independently scope and deliver analytics projects, balancing analytical rigor with business pragmatism in a fast-paced fintech environment.
