Estimator – Anywhere

Willmott Dixon are recruiting an Estimator to join their construction activities, primarily based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, with a flexible working approach combining remote and office work. The role involves calculating build costs, collaborating across project teams, preparing cost plans, and managing procurement schedules to ensure project financial targets are met. Candidates should possess technical skills in cost estimation, project specifications, and cost control, with relevant qualifications such as HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. The position requires excellent numeracy, communication, and organisational skills, alongside attention to detail and resourcefulness.
