仕事内容
Lead design, development, and deployment of simulation models for distribution centers to identify efficiency opportunities.
Implement and validate automated and manual operational improvements, including conveyors, sorters, high-speed picking, and robotic work cells.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to validate models and design scenarios that improve total outcomes and support capex decisions.
Build and integrate cost-to-serve models and interactive BI dashboards to communicate insights and enable self-service modeling.
Develop in-house simulation capabilities, train teams, and stay current with evolving modeling trends and tools.
Require 5–7 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
