Lead the design of evaluation frameworks for autonomous vehicle performance and large-scale ML models.
Develop new metrics, interpret trends, and investigate anomalies from both on-road and simulation data.
Create novel statistical methods to handle AV-specific data challenges, such as rare-event rate estimation and real-vs-synthetic data integration.
Frame ambiguous problems, scope priorities, and translate insights into data-driven decisions for product and engineering partners.
Communicate findings to senior stakeholders and drive deployment readiness for related products.
Mentor data scientists, provide technical feedback, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable business value.
