仕事内容
Lead empirical and conceptual research to define model behavior in context and understand AI's societal impacts.
Collaborate with Research Engineers to translate findings into measurable metrics, evaluations, and tooling.
Identify new research questions and directions, and design and conduct rigorous experiments.
Develop, test, and refine metrics and measures; perform data analysis and visualization to synthesize results.
Take the lead on writing results for research publications and communicate findings to diverse audiences through talks and briefs.
Be prepared to contribute to cross-disciplinary work, publish in high-impact venues, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
