仕事内容
As a Data Scientist on the People Team, you will design and deploy AI- and LLM-based models that extract insights from both quantitative and qualitative employee data.
You will build intelligent systems and agents that summarize sentiment, extract insights from qualitative feedback, and surface trends in surveys and HR data.
You will apply advanced statistics, causal inference, and machine learning to understand drivers of engagement, retention, and performance, and design scalable data pipelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Engineering, and Product to translate insights into actionable leadership decisions and improved employee experiences.
Explore GenAI and NLP approaches—from embeddings to fine-tuning LLMs—and leverage Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, LangChain, and vector databases.
Communicate complex analyses through dashboards and storytelling, upholding ethical and responsible use of data in people decisions.
