仕事内容
Design, implement, and maintain scalable user understanding models to improve ad ranking, CVR prediction, and recommendation quality.
Monitor model performance, calibrate predictions, and address data drift and delayed feedback in production.
Collaborate with leads to set long-term team direction, design architectures, and oversee project execution.
Develop systems for understanding user behavior across applications, enabling richer cohorts, smarter bidding, and better ads performance.
Translate complex ML concepts into actionable requirements and present findings to non-engineering stakeholders.
Ensure reliability through testing, monitoring, diagnostics, and adherence to metric design and experimentation practices.
