Lead design projects for parts through complex mechanical systems, ensuring proper interfacing within ALRE subsystems.
Analyze and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, generators, and large motors to meet project requirements.
Develop and interpret engineering drawings using CREO Parametric, apply GD&T, and build solid models.
Execute tests and troubleshooting procedures at test sites, manufacturing facilities, and aboard active Navy vessels.
Lead failure investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions through installation procedures.
Collaborate with manufacturing facilities, contractors, and shipyards; review maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with standards and environmental testing.
