Lead and manage all supply chain activities at the Thetford site, including Customer Service, Warehouse/Packaging/Shipping, and Production Planning.
Develop and implement an end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with stakeholders to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory documentation across processes, including timely deviation and complaint investigations and root-cause analysis.
Coach, mentor and manage three teams; set objectives, conduct performance appraisals, and drive continuous improvement and KPI delivery.
Collaborate with Unit Manager, Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to agree critical success factors and execute plans.
Oversee recruitment, development, resource allocation, and daily performance tracking to optimize output and maintain high standards.
