仕事内容
Lead the end-to-end fit and technical development of apparel from concept through production, ensuring alignment with fit standards, performance expectations, and customer value.
Conduct live fit sessions using fit models, pattern expertise, and fit forms to validate samples and refine design intent.
Utilize 2D and 3D pattern tools to validate blocks and grading while maintaining grade rule tables and block libraries.
Drive a data-driven approach with customer insights and wear-test feedback to elevate fit and reduce returns.
Provide technical direction on fit, construction details, and QA gates to vendor partners; collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing.
Own end-to-end fit cycle in PLM, creating and maintaining technical packages, specs, and comments; mentor junior designers.
