Senior Consultant - Data Science & Process Automation

Role overview: As a Senior Consultant, you will accelerate customers' digital transformation by turning business needs into data-driven process insights using SQL and data modeling. You will become an expert across processes such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management and Supply Chain Management, applying Process Analytics, Process Automation, AI and ML to reveal root causes and opportunities. Initiate: lead implementation projects, design innovative analyses and operational apps, and identify process inefficiencies in close collaboration with the customer. Implement: conduct value workshops, quantify the business and financial potential, present findings to management, and drive adoption of automation to speed up processes and improve conformance. Adopt: define KPIs to measure success, enable continuous process improvement, and establish the foundation for the long-term value journey. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IT/Management Consulting or similar; experience with supply chain processes; proficiency in SQL or other languages (Python, R, Matlab) and interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining; strong English communication and client-facing skills; must be dedicated, visionary and able to drive Process Mining technology forward; excellent analytical skills, well organized, quick learner; business acumen a plus; degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
