仕事内容
Lead cost, schedule, and risk integration across multiple construction projects with a focus on project controls and performance analytics.
Review drawings, estimates, construction documents, and plans; manage and coordinate design and construction kick-off meetings.
Facilitate project controls workshops and stakeholder meetings with project managers, estimators, schedulers, and engineering staff.
Advance the use of BIM, quantity take-offs, and advanced analytics to improve cost control and forecasting.
Oversee bid reviews, track production rates and prices, and ensure compliant project controls procedures are followed.
Support field visits and supervise junior project controls staff as needed to ensure project delivery and documentation.
