仕事内容
Provide operational support for pharmacovigilance risk management activities across Canada and globally, ensuring compliance and inspection readiness.
Track risk management plan submissions, monitor activities, and collaborate with REMS Strategy & Operations and cross-functional partners.
Support design and evaluation of additional pharmacovigilance activities and risk minimization measures, including effectiveness reports.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Health Canada regulations and industry guidance; assist audits and inspections.
Develop and update SOPs, processes, training materials, and participate in cross-functional initiatives; project manage risk management deliverables.
Build strong vendor relationships, oversee contract-related documents, and contribute to process improvements and change control.
