PSC Contracts Manager - Pharma Ops & Supply Chain

Responsible for drafting, finalizing, and administering SoWs and Change Orders for low-risk contracts within pharmaceutical operations and the supply chain.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure contract terms are addressed and contracts are executed in a timely manner.
Route, track, and progress contracts from submission to execution; create purchase requisitions to enable work under executed agreements.
Support continuous improvement, escalate invoice issues, and collaborate with Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable on PO/invoice resolution.
Assist with budgeting, accruals, and audit readiness (GxP/compliance) as needed across monthly and quarterly closes.
Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills while adapting to evolving contracts and supplier relationships.
