Lead the design and delivery of real-world evidence analyses for pharmaceutical partners, translating complex drug development questions into actionable research plans using real-world data.
Own the development of complex endpoints and time-to-event survival analyses, demonstrating deep understanding of clinical and molecular data structures while providing methodological guidance on real-world data limitations.
Set technical standards by implementing advanced survival, machine learning, and predictive modeling methods; mentor junior scientists and promote code reviews and reusable tools.
Drive AI-enabled workflows by integrating LLMs and agentic tools to accelerate code development, documentation, and review while preserving scientific integrity.
Communicate high-stakes results to executives and external partners, ensuring accuracy of manuscripts, abstracts, and technical reports; collaborate cross-functionally to improve products and data quality.
Maintain oncology RWE domain expertise, align with NCCN guidelines, and translate evolving standards of care into study designs and data modeling; manage cloud-based data projects on AWS and GCP.
