Lead the end-to-end design and development of innovative learning content and experiences that drive performance and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and roll out learning solutions, overseeing projects from inception to implementation with a clear content production plan.
Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies using Agile and traditional methodologies, setting standards and best practices for the team.
Communicate confidently with stakeholders to influence decisions and advocate for effective, learner-centric solutions; analyze data to inform improvements.
Create consistent, engaging materials across channels (in-app tools, structured courses, videos, social learning), translating complex ideas into digestible formats and visuals.
Adapt to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with strong note-taking, documentation, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
