Engineering Lead - Java & DevOps (W2 Only)

The Engineering Lead will guide a cross-functional team responsible for building distributed systems with Java/Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.
You will architect and implement AWS-native solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, Step Functions, EventBridge, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3.
You will own CI/CD transformations, implementing pipelines with GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline and deploying with CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
You will mentor engineers, drive release discipline across development, QA, and production environments, and maintain system stability and automation.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to set technical direction, ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of platforms.
Location: Burbank, CA, onsite with hybrid options.
