Architect and productionize data science products, from prototype to deployment, with robust performance, monitoring, and self-service capabilities.
Partner with data engineers, product managers, analysts, and business operators to translate complex problems into analytics initiatives and prioritize use cases by business value.
Establish best practices in model development, experimentation, deployment, and MLOps, while fostering a data-driven culture with strong governance and ethics.
Mentor and grow a diverse team of data scientists, driving workforce development, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Shape the data strategy and roadmap, influence data acquisition and transformation, and build internal/external partnerships to realize strategic outcomes.
