仕事内容
Leading outbound transportation operations across the US & Canada for footwear distribution.
Manage domestic and cross-border freight (FTL, LTL, parcel, intermodal) to retail stores, wholesalers, and e-commerce customers.
Drive route optimization, load consolidation, and carrier mix while monitoring lead times and service levels.
Oversee relationships with carriers, parcel services, and 3PLs; negotiate rates and resolve issues.
Collaborate with distribution center operations and customer service to align outbound with inventory and order priorities.
Ensure compliance, export documentation, Incoterms, and sustainability data; report OTIF, cost per unit, and budget adherence; travel up to 5%.
