仕事内容
Oversee all MEP construction activities with a primary emphasis on electrical systems on large, fast-track projects.
Lead procurement, scope definition, and schedule development for electrical trades; manage subcontractors and material/equipment deliveries.
Own the project budget, cost controls, invoice reviews, and change orders, with deep involvement in electrical estimates and logs.
Coordinate and lead meetings with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and authorities; serve as the primary liaison with inspectors and utilities.
Review drawings and shop drawings for constructability; drive cross-trade coordination and electrical interface management.
Drive permitting processes, manage risk and safety programs, and provide leadership to the field team to align site operations with stakeholders.
