仕事内容
Oversee design and technical support for M&E building services in new build housing and care schemes.
Monitor design progress, review CAD drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate commissioning, site inspections, and liaison with technical consultants to drive quality.
Maintain a thorough understanding of building services installations and drive timely delivery.
Support the delivery team with design monitoring, specifications, and handover readiness.
Requires a relevant housing/construction qualification and a valid driving licence; remote-based with site visits.
