Senior Software Engineer, ML Training Platform
仕事内容
Own and deliver significant sub-projects within the ML Training Platform to improve performance, reliability, and usability.
Architect scalable distributed training pipelines (PyTorch, LightGBM) on Kubernetes for GPU-accelerated workloads with long-term maintainability.
Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to refine requirements and set realistic milestones.
Uphold quality, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement through clean, high-performance code and rigorous design reviews.
Mentor teammates, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and empathy.
Requirements: 6+ years of software engineering, hands-on ML platform/infra experience, strong CS fundamentals, ability to own and deliver large initiatives with limited oversight. Hybrid role in PST hours (SF/Seattle/Sunnyvale).
