Lead Data Scientist - Experience Value (Growth) - ANZ Remote

Lead and coach a team of embedded data scientists to deliver insights, experimentation, and strategic clarity across the logged-in experience.
Own onboarding, personalization, and lifecycle metrics, and translate them into decision-driving guidance for product and growth teams.
Design and execute end-to-end experimentation, from hypothesis to rollout, enabling rapid, rigorous learning.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to drive engagement, retention, and activation outcomes.
Strengthen BI and experimentation foundations using Snowflake, Looker, and internal tools to scale data-driven decisions.
Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and enable personalized user experiences across onboarding, resurrection, triggers, and next-best actions.
