仕事内容
Lead conflicts of interest analysis and risk management for new clients and matters.
Analyze conflict reports, identify potential issues, and draft waivers and related documents.
Review client outside counsel guidelines and assess the firm’s ability to comply.
Interface with the General Counsel’s Office and firm attorneys to obtain approvals for new matters.
Handle urgent, confidential matters and respond to time-sensitive requests, including nights and weekends as needed.
Roles may reside in any office with hybrid and remote work arrangements available.
