仕事内容
Build daily delivery and collection plans to maximise vehicle utilisation and reduce empty miles.
Plan and manage trunking and pallet network activity, including manifesting, departures, timing, and updates.
Monitor the operation live and re-plan quickly when delays or changes hit.
Maintain compliance with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive (WTD).
Chase shortages and late collections, update stakeholders, and protect service levels by liaising with drivers, hubs, subcontractors and internal teams.
Use planning data to identify improvements in cost-to-serve, route efficiency and daily performance, and deliver clear shift handovers.
