仕事内容
Lead and coordinate the completion of project estimates for pre-construction.
Manage RFP timelines, bid alternates, and value engineering with subcontractors to meet client needs.
Conduct site walks to capture scope, assess constructability, and communicate logistics.
Control RFIs, addenda, and de-scope activities; ensure accurate quantity takeoffs and documentation.
Provide a clear hand-off to operations, including procurement, submittals, and schedule integration.
Mentor junior staff, maintain professional client interactions, and uphold estimating standards.
