仕事内容
Detail-oriented Estimator needed to support preconstruction for luxury custom homes.
Responsibilities include soliciting and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and creating comprehensive bid packages and scopes of work.
Provide accurate cost estimates aligned with project budgets and manage a multi-year project pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the Preconstruction team and VP to ensure estimates are accurate and competitive.
Utilize Excel and construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) to streamline the estimation process.
Stay informed on market pricing trends to maintain a competitive bidding position.
