仕事内容
Provide outpatient urology care within a population-health oriented network, delivering services across primary clinics, urgent care centers, nursing homes, and telehealth.
Perform patient evaluations, order and interpret labs/tests, diagnose urological conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, set timelines, and monitor patient progress.
Prescribe medications, oversee therapies, and document patient records and outcomes.
Educate patients and families, offer emotional support, and help address health-related social needs in a diverse adult and geriatric population.
Requirements include MD/DO with board eligibility or certification in Urology, active NY license, DEA/DPS registrations for prescription writing, telehealth proficiency, and bilingual skills preferred.
