The construction estimator will prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for refurbishment projects across industrial, commercial, and education sectors. They will analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop comprehensive take-offs and pricing data. The role involves liaising with suppliers, conducting site visits, and assessing risk and value engineering opportunities. Candidates should have proven experience in construction estimation, strong understanding of regulations and materials, and proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel.
