Design and own production AI/ML systems powering matchmaking, ranking, and automation.
Lead end-to-end model development, from data collection and labeling strategies to deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production.
Partner closely with product, AI engineers, and full-stack teams to ship systems that directly move marketplace metrics.
Build and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to continuously measure quality, bias, reliability, and business impact.
Set technical direction and best practices for AI/ML at the organization.
Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for how AI systems are designed, shipped, and maintained.
