Lead electromechanical design efforts for new spaceflight hardware, from concept to production.
Drive improvements to legacy solutions and provide technical support for existing technologies.
Create product requirements, detailed designs, analyses, interface drawings, assembly instructions, and test plans.
Manage multiple complex projects, balancing performance, packaging, thermal, and manufacturability constraints.
Mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and contribute to roadmaps and business strategy.
Investigate and close non-conformances, support post-delivery issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
