Senior Mechanical Engineer - Frame and Air Spring

Lead the design and development of the frame and air spring subsystem for a high-performance Linear Generator.
Deliver concept-to-manufacturing support, including 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks) and analyses (FEA/CFD) for thermal, structural, and flow performance.
Ensure tight alignment and durability under high load transfer and thermal conditions, focusing on fatigue resistance and reliability.
Plan and execute rigorous verification and validation testing, investigate root causes, and document findings.
Collaborate with Controls, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to ensure seamless integration and support DFx, tooling, and fixtures.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and standards while identifying cost-saving opportunities as the technology scales.
