Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

Oversee preventive maintenance and rapid response for packaging lines, MHE, conveyance systems, electrical, HVAC, and general facility infrastructure in a fast-paced distribution center.
Lead and develop a team of technicians; prioritize daily maintenance tasks and drive training programs to elevate skills and safety.
Ensure reliability targets and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP); implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate planned outages and facility projects; maintain accurate CMMS records for service cycles, parts, and performance metrics.
Perform hands-on repairs as needed and participate in installation or modification projects for new equipment.
Require extensive troubleshooting across 24VDC to 480VAC, read schematics, operate forklifts, and work safely at heights up to 50 feet.
