Call Centre Agent – Nottingham

Security Monitoring Centres in Nottingham are recruiting part-time call centre agents to join their security monitoring team. The role involves monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, responding to activations, and contacting customers or emergency services as needed. Candidates should have strong communication skills and customer service experience, preferably within a contact centre environment. Security badge holders, especially SIA certified, are welcome but not essential as training is provided.
