Develop and iterate predictive models, targeting, and personalization using large-scale data.
Advance GenAI, deep learning, and recommender systems research, applying findings to real user outcomes.
Define business metrics with partner teams and design rigorous experiments to quantify impact.
Translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional partners and represent DS in meetings and external forums.
Foster growth of the DS function, mentoring teammates and driving scalable AI solutions.
