Lead the regional creator team and support national efforts to shape the US creator program.
Cultivate genuine, long-term relationships with top-tier creators across sport and culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Culture, Sports Marketing, Athlete, and Media Network teams to surface opportunities.
Integrate brand messaging and product attributes into creator content while keeping authenticity and inspiration.
Track performance, document best practices, and maintain a shared creator database, sharing learnings organization-wide.
Travel as needed, work flexible hours, and build a scalable creator program through activation and measurement.
