Own the interface between Marketing and Development for website initiatives, from enhancements to ongoing operations.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups using JIRA to manage requests, bugs, and feature rollouts.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, and oversee QA and UAT to ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the U.S. and Europe to maintain a consistent user experience and messaging.
Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities and inform roadmap decisions.
Ensure security, privacy, and accessibility standards (GDPR, ADA) are integrated into all web solutions.
