仕事内容
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for three key roles across NYC and the Hamptons: certified Pilates instructors, Front of House staff, and studio managers.
Develop targeted multi-channel sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offer, across NYC and the Hamptons.
Collaborate with studio leaders to align on role needs, hiring priorities, and interview plans to maintain momentum.
Manage screening, interviews, feedback, and offer coordination while maintaining accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
Foster relationships with certification schools and local communities to generate referrals and long-term pipelines; participate in community events to attract top talent.
This role starts part-time with a 3-6 month evaluation and potential conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.
